The Vynleads World Model
Most health software knows what you did. Almost none of it understands why tomorrow is harder than today. At Vynleads we are building a world model of behavior change: a working model of how healthy habits actually form — how momentum builds, how friction accumulates, how people drift, drop out, and find their way back. Not a model of bodies or diagnoses. A model of the journey.
Built in an Unusual Order
First we built the simulator: hundreds of synthetic lives — fictional people with daily rhythms, meals, moods, busy weeks, setbacks, and comebacks — generated entirely by our own engine, with no real member records inside. Then we made coaching interventions matter: in our simulation, support that arrives at the right moment eases friction, and support that gets ignored raises the risk of drifting away. We can replay any life with and without a nudge and see the difference it made.
Real member data plays a different role, under different rules. It stays private, it is never sold, and it powers only the experience each member asked for. As members choose to opt in, carefully aggregated patterns — never individual records — will teach the simulator what real journeys look like.
The goal is simple to say and hard to do: coaching that has already been rehearsed a thousand times in simulation before it ever reaches a person — and proof, not promises, that it helps.
The Five Commitments
- We model the journey, not the person. Synthetic lives capture the texture of change — work schedules, family context, food culture, energy, stress, motivation — but never contain a real person. Every record carries a synthetic label, enforced at the database level.
- Interventions have consequences. Every coaching nudge changes the simulated life that receives it, and the same life can be replayed without the nudge to measure exactly what it changed.
- Real data stays private. Full stop. Member information operates the service each member requested — nothing else. It is never sold and never used for advertising.
- AI coaching learns slowly, on purpose. Coaching intelligence runs in review mode: humans approve what it suggests, safety checks run before anything reaches a member, and it earns autonomy only with evidence.
- We show our work. Every synthetic dataset ships with a data card and passes nine fidelity checks, from statistical realism to intervention causality. If we can't trace it, we don't show it.
