Vynleads Welcomes America's New “Eat Real Food” Dietary Guidelines: A Federal Real-Food Reset That Mirrors the Done With Diabetes™ Approach

Vynleads (OTCQB: VYND) welcomed the launch of realfood.gov, the federal government's new “Eat Real Food” initiative from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, published alongside the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2025–2030. For the first time, official U.S. dietary guidance calls on Americans to avoid highly processed food and to build meals around real, whole, nutrient-dense foods — the same foundation the company's Done With Diabetes™ program has been built on since day one.

What the New Federal Guidance Says

The centerpiece of realfood.gov is the New Pyramid: protein, dairy, and healthy fats at the base (a daily protein target of 1.2–1.6 grams per kilogram of body weight from animal and plant sources); three servings of vegetables and two servings of fruit per day in their original form; two to four servings of whole grains with refined and packaged grain products explicitly limited; added sugars avoided entirely, especially for children; and water first for hydration. The government's own numbers describe the stakes: 50% of Americans have prediabetes or diabetes, 75% of adults report at least one chronic condition, 90% of U.S. healthcare spending goes to treating chronic disease, and nearly 70% of an American child's diet is now classified as ultra-processed.

The Same Direction Vynleads Has Been Walking

The Done With Diabetes™ 8-week Success Blueprint teaches members to build meals around protein, vegetables, and whole foods while systematically crowding out added sugars and ultra-processed products — the eating pattern the New Pyramid now makes official. The program treats food as the foundation, working alongside movement, sleep, and stress. The company's free learning library covers the same ground in plain language. “The most important sentence in the new guidance is the simplest one: eat real food,” said Alex Mannine, Co-Founder and CEO of Vynleads. “What the country needs next is the part a pyramid can't deliver: helping a real person eat this way on a busy Tuesday, and again on Wednesday, until it's simply how they live.”

Guidance Says What to Eat. The Hard Part Is Living It.

Vynleads focuses on the gap between knowing what belongs on the plate and actually eating that way inside a busy life: the structured 8-week Success Blueprint, the Dr. Smith AI Wellness Coach providing educational lifestyle support with human review and safety checks (never medical advice), Lifetime Wellness Mode for the long tail, and the company's World Model of behavior change, which rehearses coaching strategies on synthetic research lives — fictional simulated people, never real members. Vynleads also works with organizations through employer programs and enterprise partnerships built on the same real-food, habit-first approach.
