Vynleads Announces Health Rehearsal for Planning a Healthier Future
Rock Hill, S.C. – October 9, 2026 – Vynleads (OTCQB: VYND) today announced Vynleads Health Rehearsal, a personal health planning and simulation experience. It is designed to build a personalized plan, the Lifestyle Blueprint, and to let people explore possible weeks on it before they begin. Health Rehearsal is designed first for adults with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes. Vynleads expects to begin rolling out access to members later this year, and when available, Health Rehearsal will be included in the existing $29-a-month Vynleads membership and its 7-day free trial. Details are at vynleads.com/health-rehearsal.
Rehearse First, Then Practice
Most people have heard the advice about eating better, moving more, and changing their habits. The harder question is which plan fits their own life, and today that is often answered by trial and error.
Health Rehearsal is designed to start with a Lifestyle Blueprint shaped around a person’s goals, safety needs, and everyday circumstances, and to explain the reasons behind each suggestion. Its simulator is designed to illustrate possible weeks of activity on that Blueprint before the person begins. The Blueprint then moves into the person’s daily Vynleads program, with practical steps, short lessons, and support along the way. At each weekly review, the records they choose to save can inform an updated Blueprint and a fresh simulation.
The simulation graphics are illustrative routine scenarios with fictional numbers. As designed today, Health Rehearsal does not compare plans, connect to medical records, or predict weight, blood sugar, A1C, or other health outcomes, and results vary. People who take insulin or another medicine that can lower blood sugar are asked to check with their care team before they change when, what, or how much they eat, or start moving a lot more than they do now. No new pricing, partner, pilot, or member result is announced.
Choices People Can Live With
“People put real time and effort into a health plan, and they usually have to commit before they can see what it will ask of them. We designed Health Rehearsal so they can look first. It starts with their goals and their real week, builds their Lifestyle Blueprint and shows possible weeks on it, and carries that plan into their daily program, where the records they save can inform a weekly review and an updated plan. We have been careful about what it is not: it does not predict blood sugar or other medical test results, and it is meant to sit alongside a person’s care team, never in place of it.”

The Planning Step Before the Program
For readers following the company, Health Rehearsal addresses the decision that comes before a program starts. In Vynleads’ view, most consumer health tools record what has already happened, such as steps, meals, and readings, while few help people decide what to try before they begin. Health Rehearsal is the company’s answer to that gap: a planning step designed to come before its structured 56-day wellness program.
The design follows choices Vynleads has made across its products. The scope is non-clinical by design: Health Rehearsal provides educational wellness planning and does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. It is designed to plan from what a person shares about their goals, safety needs, and week, not from medical records, and people choose which supported information to share and with whom. The Lifestyle Blueprint it produces is designed to be carried into a structured program rather than open-ended chat. Organizations, partners, and investors can request a demo to see how Health Rehearsal is designed to work and discuss an evaluation.
Health Rehearsal also ties the product line to the company’s research agenda. The Grand Challenge names durability, support that survives an ordinary week, as the problem Vynleads is organized around, and Health Rehearsal’s weekly review is designed so a Blueprint can be rebuilt when its starting assumptions no longer fit. On the Health Rehearsal page, Vynleads describes a longer-term goal: a personal digital health model that could someday bring together daily habits, medical data, and possible health outcomes. That is future work: Health Rehearsal does not connect to medical records today. The public World Model is related research built on fictional synthetic lives. It is not evidence of how Health Rehearsal will perform for any individual, and predicting an individual’s health outcomes remains a separate research goal that requires clinical validation.
In the company’s reading, differentiation in consumer wellness will come less from tracking more and more from helping people choose a plan they can keep. Health Rehearsal is designed around that view. It builds on the platform vision Vynleads first described in January, alongside its flagship Done With Diabetes™ program and the planned “Done With (DWX)” portfolio.
About Done With Diabetes™
The Done With Diabetes™ program pairs a structured 8-week Success Blueprint with the Dr. Smith AI Wellness Coach: educational lifestyle support with human review and safety checks, never medical advice, built on the company’s AI coaching technology. The coach does not diagnose, treat, or comment on medication, and it points people toward professional care when a conversation moves beyond daily habits. Learn more about Vynleads.
