Vynleads

Rock Hill, S.C. – October 9, 2026 – Vynleads (OTCQB: VYND) today previewed Lifestyle Blueprint, which pairs a personal lifestyle plan with a simulator that lets people see where each plan may lead before they choose one. It is designed for any adult with a health goal, including people with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes. Blueprint is not yet open to members; the page and a 60-second film are at vynleads.com/lifestyle-blueprint.

Lifestyle Blueprint in 60 seconds: start with a goal, compare plans, then live the one you choose (music and on-screen words, no narration)

Rehearse First, Then Practice

Most people have heard the advice about eating better, moving more, and changing their habits. The harder question is which plan fits their own life, and today that is often answered by trial and error.

Blueprint starts with a plan shaped around a person’s goals, safety needs, and everyday circumstances, and it explains the reasons behind each suggestion. Its simulator shows where each plan may lead, so the person can compare before choosing, and then illustrates possible weeks of activity on the plan they pick. The chosen plan moves into the person’s daily Vynleads program, with practical steps, short lessons, and support along the way. At each weekly review, the records they choose to save can inform an updated plan and a fresh simulation.

The simulation graphics are illustrative routine scenarios with fictional numbers. Blueprint does not predict medical test results such as blood sugar or A1C, and results vary. People who take insulin or another medicine that can lower blood sugar are asked to check with their care team before they change when, what, or how much they eat, or start moving a lot more than they do now. No launch date, pricing, partner, pilot, or member result is announced.

Choices People Can Live With

“People put real time and effort into a health plan, and they usually have to commit before they can see what it will ask of them. We designed Lifestyle Blueprint so they can look first. It starts with their goals and their real week, lets them compare where different plans may lead, and carries the plan they choose into their daily program, where the records they save can inform a weekly review and an updated plan. We have been careful about what it is not: it does not predict blood sugar or other medical test results, and it is meant to sit alongside a person’s care team, never in place of it.”

The Planning Step Before the Program

For readers following the company, Blueprint addresses the decision that comes before a program starts. In Vynleads’ view, most consumer health tools record what has already happened, such as steps, meals, and readings, while few help people decide what to try before they begin. Blueprint is the company’s answer to that gap: a planning step designed to come before its structured 56-day wellness program.

The design follows choices Vynleads has made across its products. The scope is non-clinical by design: Blueprint provides educational wellness planning and does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. It plans from what a person shares about their goals, safety needs, and week, and people choose which supported information to share and with whom. The plan it produces is designed to be carried into a structured program rather than open-ended chat. Organizations can request a demo to see how Blueprint works and discuss an evaluation.

Blueprint also ties the product line to the company’s research agenda. The Grand Challenge names durability, support that survives an ordinary week, as the problem Vynleads is organized around, and Blueprint’s weekly review is built so a plan can be rebuilt when its starting assumptions no longer fit. On the Blueprint page, Vynleads describes it as a step toward personal digital twins that help people explore how lifestyle choices could shape health outcomes before committing to a path. The public World Model is related research built on fictional synthetic lives. It is not evidence of how Blueprint will perform for any individual, and predicting an individual’s medical test results remains a separate research goal that requires clinical validation.

In the company’s reading, differentiation in consumer wellness will come less from tracking more and more from helping people choose a plan they can keep. Blueprint is built around that view. Vynleads first described its Lifestyle Blueprint platform vision in January, alongside its flagship Done With Diabetes™ program and the planned “Done With (DWX)” portfolio.

About Done With Diabetes™

The Done With Diabetes™ program pairs a structured 8-week Success Blueprint with the Dr. Smith AI Wellness Coach: educational lifestyle support with human review and safety checks, never medical advice, built on the company’s AI coaching technology. The coach does not diagnose, treat, or comment on medication, and it points people toward professional care when a conversation moves beyond daily habits. Learn more about Vynleads.
